Married couple need wrap later this year in Frankston area

Hi all,
        My wife and myself are looking to move to Frankston from Qld later this year (about Oct.). We have been renting the same property for 2 years, and were wondering if anyone had any available properties (preferably 3br house, reno needed is ok!) they would possibly be willing to sell to us on a wrap basis at this time? We will have the $7,000 FHOG available as well as at least a $5,000 deposit.
We were looking at the 170-210,000 price range, and was wondering if a property was wrapped to us for this approximate amount, then how much would the weekly repayments be?
