    Hi
    In short, my advisor has suggested buying $42k in trees (in Great Southern Plantation) in order to offset $42k in CGT Im required to pay this financial year? Apparently 100% tax deductible.

    Anyone heard of this? Anything I should look out for, questions I should ask?
