    Hi can anyone suggest some ideas for me.  okay

    Currently have 1 PPOR and 1 IP – want to buy another PPOR

    How do you go about setting up bank accounts if you also have a business and IP's

    with a trading Trust and HDT which i want to set up before i purchase business.

    Also how do i get advice for setting up bank accounts with 100% offset against new PPOR?

    I want to buy further IP's and Shares etc in the future but just want to know how anyone controls all the monies coming in to different accounts so don't get monies mixed up and trying to track all the expenses etc for the loans and lines of credit.

    any help or suggestion would be appreciated i have some ideas but i want to hear others also.
