    I'm a just about to buy my first investment property up in Hervey Bay, I live in Castle Hill Sydney and am in need of a good but reasonably priced Accountant in my area. Also I have been looking into Depreciation as the property is new and I plan to get a shedual done, however how does it work when you claim a reduction in tax through your income.
    Any help would be great.

    I personally know John Vincent of John Vincent Accountants (wonder where he got that business name from?). I think he is in Castle Hill.
