    Hi all,

    Im looking to finance an office / storage room in the Melbourne CBD.

    Having put down a 20% deposit I am looking to get an 80% loan that comes to about $32,000.00 (Yep its a real cheapy but gives the return Im after!)

    Can anyone suggest a broker in Melbourne who will be able to help me with this?
