    Hi
    I will be moving to Melbourne in 2 months. I intend to buy a property to live in for 6-12 months (FHOG) and then rent it out as an IP. I have only been to Melbourne twice and don't know the area at all.
    Can you recommend some good growth suburbs? I will be looking at 3 bedroom and budget of $300-450k. The lower the better i suppose.
