Today Im sending the tenant a letter to inspect my property after so long of not seeing it! Id like to word it perfectly if anyone can help with a template that would be great.
Then I will on the same day see a few PM and get that started!

you need to comply with the requirements for your state – there are usually appropriate forms to issue which give a reasonable amount of notice to the tenant of an inspection
