    Hi

     

    Has anybody had anything to do with “Property Secrets”?  They operate out of Sydney and target dumpy properties in bottom end locations to do-up and then tenant – re-value and move on to the next property.

     

    The model appears sound (provided values go up) but I am curious to see if anybody has done business with them?
