Haven't been around the forum on a regular basis for some time, We have 100 acres zoned for potential future development. The land on the town side of our block is 300 acres and was under verbal contract for the past couple of years but it appears the developer is concentrating on another parcel of land nearby. The owner of the land is a life-long farmer who is happy to sell for a decently fair price.
His land has (this is from memory) been approved for 1/4 acre, half and one acre lots, on one portion, and the other two portions were tentatively zoned similarly. Town water is 1km up the road and able to be brought down. The area is north of Toowoomba Qld.
I am simply posting this to see if there's any visionary who would be interested in this project. I am happy to provide more information/photographs etc as required to genuine interested parties.
