I had Paul recommended to me by a finance broker who had used him to buy her own houses. I have spoken to Paul as well. Seems very agreeable and easy to get on with.

me again ! as i mentioned at the other thread, Paul is my buyer agent and I have bought 3 IP through him within 2 months.
Currently still deal with him for next target.
All i can say is he is good and excellent.

I bought my first property from them. First dealt with Mark (he left), then George. They have a dynamic list of properties that you can choose from. Like any good BA, they ask for your investment objectives. Being my first deal, George was very patient. Looking back (it has been 1.5 years), I can understand how frustrating it was for him especially when he negotiated a good price for a property in Redbank Plains (would've had good +CG by now).
Would like to mention a special thanks to Richard (post above) – he got us the loan for that property. I must say Richard, after 18 months/5 properties/2 brokers +3 bankers, you're right up there as far as professionalism and efficiency. Look forward to working together again.

yes, Agree wholly with Alert, they have good and dynamic list of properties.
The only regret that I have is not enough $$ to buy enough …….
Paul has excellent negotiating skills, communication, committed service and focus.
don't procasinate and give yourself a chance to call Paul if you need a BA. cheers !

I have had some calls this week from forum members so thought I should come onboard and say hi and thank you to those who have replied to this posting and also have called our office. The posting was initiated without the knowledge of We Find Houses, but it did motivate me to sign up as a forum member.
I am happy to have a chat with anyone who wants to bounce any questions around to identify their investment strategy or who would like a mentor to help them achieve their goals.
The most important thing is to not procrastinate – that just costs you too much money, but even more important than that is to have fun and enjoy the process of building a property portfolio.

It would have been extremely difficult to purchase whilst based in China. However Paul and his team tackled every issue methodically and with a high level of professionalism. I agree bought a place with them in qld and was assured it was a good deal they knew the area well and there would be no problems well the place has turned into a disaster and the saddest thing is they never rang to say hey we made a mistake be very carefull and dont take any thing at face value do your independent research
So where was the property you bought and exactly what happened? It isn’t always the managers fault.
