    Hi

    My name is Wayne, my wife and I are small investors that have been investing in properties over a few years and not getting very far. What I am looking for is someone to talk to over the phone as emails and forums are not my cup of tea. Could someone please PM me so that I can contact you on the phone. (Looking for someone who is honest and not looking at making money from rehearsed information or trying to sell me their product.)
