Hi All – I am back for a little while at least!!
Our renos are going great guns but the builder we got is dreadful and put us back 4 months! More on that once I get my head together and finish these renos.
I need to ask you all the following. We have 3 units and 1 house on one title. the house is on its own although it shares a roof with the units. It is seperated by a tall fence so is quite seperate.
I want to know a little about strata titling this house. Does anyone know how much this is likely to cost and how long it takes? Is this still considered strata’ing as it has its own backyard etc?
Please let me know your thoughts on this and if you know anyone that can undertake this for us in Albury.
