    Hi all property accumulators. Has anyone used Cashflow Capital buyers agents to purchase properties? Spiro runs the show,anyone dealt with him before? I am looking to purchase through a good buyers agent and they seem to know what is going on in the propertry market around the country.

    I have only just contacted Spiro myself, a few days ago. He seemd OK but I intend to catch up with him (hopefully face-to-face) in the near future to check he and his services out.

    im checking out their site now… seems pretty good.

    Whats with their Positive Clasflow Mortgage?
