I have the chance to buy a prime property on the river in Perth and I want to flip it. I have read Steves 1st book. It will be a little different as we wont’ know if we have got the block untill the day it is to be sold as it is a ballot. We were originally going to build on it but things have changed. I don’t want to waste all the time I have spent getting to this stage in the ballot system. I believe the block will gain a lot in value in the next 12mths. I don’t know how the developers will feel about us flipping. Has anyone got any Ideas on how and where to advertise and any pitfalls I need to be aware of. I will run an add in the west Australian and the Sunday times. I only have a couple of weeks to sort this out if it is going to happen,
