Like others from WA I’m now looking interstate for more affordable PI, I’m looking at Bendigo and wondering who’s buying there.
Specifically, I’m looking at sub-dividing 800-900sqms reno on the front and town house on the rear selling both.
I’ve researched as much as I can from my office with regards to shire sub-divison time frames costs and planning approvals, contact with building companies etc, real life experience would be better and as a new investor – gaining free info is paramount.
If, I go ahead in Bendigo I would need to establish a trades team, can anybody recommend someone?
