Yay, tomorrow is settlement day for me. I am buying two brick houses on one title which are 10 yrs old. I did a pre-settlement inspection this afternoon, and they have scrubbed up quite well. I have a couple of air conditioners to get installed, a couple of minor repairs in one bathroom, a bit of a yard reno and they will be ready for tenants. I am so excited I could burst!
