Hi,
I have been looking around at alternative investments and a friend suggested Prime Retirement and Aged Care property Trust (http://www.primetrust.com.au/). Ive downloaded the PDS, although havent read through it however on the surface the return looks reasonable.
Just wondering whether anyone has invested in them or heard of them before. I looked them up on ASIC and all appears fine.
Any comments welcome.
