Cost of council rates for strata titled propertys

Hey guys I have just brought a 2 bed house on a 450 block for 265500
in Heidelberg Heigths in melbourne , The property has to units built behind the house, what do people think the rates are going to be for such a property ,have called the council and they said they cant tell anything ?????? could anyone shed some light on this question
