NSW Accountant Needed

I guys this is my first post!

I have found a reat CF+ IP thru Australia House Hunters, I am now at the stage where I need to setup company / trust structure. I am looking for a good accountant that match all / some of the following criteria;

a – Located Hunter Valley / Newcastle, Central Coast, North Sydney.
b – Expertise with taxation of investment property.
c – Expertise with investment structures (especially those relating to property).
d – Around the age of 25-35.
e – Committed to working with me long term.
f – A fair price
g – Is proactive!!

Any recommendations would be greatly recived.
