Hi,
I recently found out I had more land than I expected connected to my property. A real estate developer owns the land parcel that abutts mine. He has offered to purchase my section to develop 9 homes on. I have the dimensions but am unsure how to calculate a fair asking price? I live in West Melbourne, Florida.
