anyone used a good post rehab appraiser in San Ant

Hello there guys and gals!
I am wondering if any of u have had any experience with re appraising a property in san antonio after rehab?
I am hoping to re fi a hard money loan on a property now that its been repaired .
I know there are heaps to chose from but really want someone who comes recommended first hand .Some (as u know) re value very conservatively.
Really appreciate the info
