Bird Dog

hi everyone,

I came across the term “Bird- Dogging” from this forum, as well as Steve’s books.

Could anyone explain to me how this works? eg if I stumble across a property which I feel others may be interested in, how do I go about telling people about it? Is there a proper channel of communication?

Also, if there are bird-dogs out there, how does one get in touch with them?

This seems like an contructive way of earning money towards a deposit, while still being actively involved in the market. Any tips, advice, pointers etc are all welcomed. Thanks
