    Hi folks,

    I am in the process to contract on a property in New Jersey and I want to be able to sell the contract if I could but the problem is that a lot of these investors do not buy “OPTON” contract. I know they are out there, but where are they?
    I am in the process of executing a contract for a 4500 sq ft home in New Jersey and will be doing more so if there is someone out there that would be interested in purchasing or if you can put me in touch with someone, I am all ears and ready to SELL !!!!

    Might want to try a US website for starters.

    Not sure how many buyers here are eager to move to NJ.
