    Hi,
    Please feel free to highlight issues as a result of purchasing Boarding Houses. I am looking at 1 at the moment returning 18% gross with a live in owner/caretaker on site in a van. The site is some 900km from my home in a large Mining comunity. Any info would be greatfull.
