    Hi Guys
    Has anyone had any experience with Boarding Houses? We are looking at 10 single rooms, common lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Has previously had owner/caretaker on site in a van. Property has an inground pool and currently returns 18%. What are some issues we may need to consider?
