    Hello

    We’re looking to develop a dual occupancy and a house across two blocks. Don’t want to use a big company, but would prefer a design & construct operative. I’m wondering if anyone has experience of either Beachlife Homes (particularly in the Victorian/Melbourne context) or Dona Homes. We’d also be happy to hear about any other Melbourne companies you’d like to recommend.

    Hi Elizabeth,
    I am using a company at the moment and have nothing to say but good things.
    The Manager is very profesional, knows the market and has a fair amount of top quality investment properties that he has developed.
    He looked at my plans and made a few suggestions that saved me $6,000 just like that.
    I realised up front that cheaper is not always cheaper if you know what I mean.
