Hello,
Does anyone know of any reputable AFS licensed financial advisors in the Brisbane (preferably southside) area? Someone with expertise/knowledge in property investing would also be preferable.

I believe http://www.navra.com.au or http://www.navrainvest.com.au may be of interest to you.
Note they are growth orientated more than cashflow orientated although they do have strategies to manage cahsflow.

I have recently discovered company SOURCE
check their web site sourcefinancegroup.com
They specialise in property invedting and assist in seraching positive cashflow properties.
Give them a call and you can leave a feedback about them as well.

The question i think Patricia asked is she was trying to AFS Licensed Adviser in the Brisbane area?

im pretty sure that john bedford or Cameron Bird Property Group has AFSL…
Ive dealt with him a few times; with good service and advice, with +ve cashflow properties
