    Hi,

    I was considering using a property investment firm to help me source positive cash flow properties. Does anyone have any experience with them – good or bad? What are the pros & cons? Is it a con?

    I have recommeded a lot of clients to We Find Houses in Tassie.

    They source + cash flow homes all over Australia and both Julie & Paul are good operators and a pleasure to deal with.

    So I take it you see no reason for me to be cautious about these organisations?
