    Hi all

    Need urgent advise on renting out my house
    I currently have a home loan balance of $140000 int rate 7.12%
    i am planning to rent out my place which can be rented for $260/wk

    will i be losing any money on my move? say my new place that i am going to rent cost about the same $260/wk

    how to restructure my finance so that it is better financially

    If you’re renting the house out yourself, check out http://www.thelandlord.com.au. It has leases and all the info you require to rent it out.
