I’m looking for a creative mortgage specialist in the property market to assist in consolidating property investment loans and structures. Well, I think that’s what I’m suppose to be looking for.
My situation is that my 2 PI loans are dispersed and need to be consolidated. I’ve just completed a financial healthcheck (because I’m also renting) and fell off my chair when rent expenditure was close to $20K. As you can imagine, the investment mindset set in – $20k in renting is such a waste of money.
Any ideas or referrals. My investment properties are in Sydney NSW.
