I am from Perth [biggrin]. I am thinking to invest in Melbourne property lately but i won’t have any clue where to buy in Melbourne?Currently, I am targeting those potential suburbs within 15km from CBD with the budget up to $330k. I am looking for high yield rental & capital growth for the potential property. I am sort of looking for the west suburbs since they are still cheap. I am aware that there are a lot of new development in the western suburbs such as Footscray, Maribyrnong, madistone, etc. However i could be entirely wrong. Therefore, I sincerely hope that all the Melbourne Investors in this forum can point me at the right directions. Your idea or comments are greatly appreciated.
