Here is the situation.
We are looking to refinance our IP to purchase another at auction.
My issue at the moment is that the banks will give me pre approval to go to auction but they dont do the valuation on our first Ip (to access the equity) until after… We are relying to some extent on the extra money from the refinancing to pay for the purchase costs and then renovation of the new purchase. What happend if the valuation comes in much lower and we can access less equity than we hope … That means we will be short on cash for the purchase costs and reno????Anyone got any ideal of how to wrangle this and make it work for us????Anyone have any real life experience???[inlove][inlove][inlove]Snowflake
