    hi all,

    we have a PPOR on a large block in WA. it’s an old house which we are thinking of tearing down and building 3 townhouses on.

    if we continue to live in one as our PPOR – obviously this will not be subjected to CGT when we do eventually sell it right?

    how about the other 2? would we have to pay CGT and GST on those? we are planning on renting them out and not selling for a while but just thinking about it for when we do eventually sell them
