    Hi, just wondering if anyone has any recommendations on a good broker in Sydney that deals with commercial property loans and also familiar with lending to trusts. Thanks.

    Most Commercial properties i finance are purchased in Trust or through a Pty Ltd structure.

    What is it you are looking to finance.

    Looking at an office suite in Pymble, Sydney North Shore around $700k with rental yield of high 6%.

    Roughly what sort of gearing level (LVR) and rate is possible for something like that. Thanks.

    Hi there – i am a mortgage broker/planner however I dont specialise in commercial finance – i actually refer all my commercial business to another broker who is based in Sydney. He specialises in commercial finance and because of the large volumes of commercial deals he puts through the various commercial lenders he can often negotiate better rates than a lot of other brokers.     Tell Mike I gave you his information. He has just done the finance for a child care centre for me and honestly I would not have been able to get the loan for the client without his expert assistance especially at the rate he negotiated.
