    Are there any investors willing to meet and network in my local area? Williing to travel and get to know new people to discuss Positive cash flow.

    Hi Jono,

    I am interested in your area ( Tamworth), I would like know more about this area.
    My intention is to purchase a house with positive cash flow, and subdividing the land, develop into townhouses.

    please advise which area/pocket need to be awared of and good/bad

    Hi Jono,

    I’ve recently bought my first property in Tamworth. I live in Canberra now but Tamworth is my home town and it would be good to meet and network when I come home a few times a year about the local market. PM me if interested.
