    Have recently moved into an apartment and spent 20K of furnishing will plan to move out in 6 months and put in an excutive tenant.

    which type of insurance do I need?

    Also please advise which company to go with as well.

    Hi Rexilla,

    Are you asking about landlord insurance?
    Try EBM Insurance Brokers. Their package for Rentcover Plus or Rentcover Ultra, covers for rent loss,damage etc etc
