All Topics / Value Adding / Strata vs Neighbourhood
Doing a bit of research on the internet I have found a triplex in NSW with the units for individual sale on what is advertised as “Neighbourhood Title”. I’ve never heard of Neighbourhood Title but the wording of the advertisement gives the impresson that it is a big selling point and that it is somehow superior to Strata Title.
I am looking into developing a duplex/triplex and was wondering if anyone can tell me the difference between Neighbourhood and Strata Title in NSW and perhaps a brief comparison of the pros and cons associated with each. I’m looking to simply build and sell (hi Martin [grad]).
