    Can anyone give advice on good Property Managers in Perth,
    I am looking for any help on PMs in the costal areas North and South of Perth CBD and was wondering if anyone had any contacts or tips on finding an agent .

    I need a good agent as i have to rent while my property is been developed.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    I use Prime Realty at Joondalup and have found them to be very good. They service the North Coast.

    Type Perth Property Managers in Google or Yahoo and you will get sites like http://www.wentworthmutual.com, http://www.accessproperty.com and perthpropertymanagement.com………….etc. Worth contacting a few to compare prices and services…………Bob
