Can any guru out there help with the following questions:
1. Comparatively, what is the rate of appreciation in prices of the landed properties in gated community compare to that of landed properties of similar value at launch, size and in the same locality in a non-gated community in Klang Valley?2. Is there any success story, if not, possibility of turning a non-gated community into a gated community? What are the (legislative) conditions to comply for such endeavor?
