LeaseHold vs Freehold
I have just starting to look at some properties in New Zealand and have noticed there are a number of leasehold properties on the market.
Can someone please share their thoughts on the merits of buying Investment properties that are leasehold
… or as an investor should one stick to freehold properties only?Cheers,
