Hi everyone.
recently we were set to purchase a property in Leichhardt, Sydney. All the numbers were great we put in an offer which was excepted, only it failed the building inspection with descriptions of cheap, budget, low builder knowledge…Im sure you get my drift. Considering the apartment making boom over th past 4 years in Sydney I am dubious alot of construction has been done in a cost cutting manner, and since we dont know alot about local builders, are a little nervous in getting back on the horse.
we have spied a place in crows nest which is great and the numbers good, and is four years old.
Can anyone tell me if they have heard of the reputation of VATERA DEVELOPMENTS ? They have been around for the past 18 years, but I dont know if the have a good, bad or otherwise reputation.
