My name is Denver and I am a property investor. I was seeking some advice on your opinions for insurances for property investments. I have seen a number of financial planners and have found that each will tell you a diverse range of insurances you should take out.

I was hoping for some guidance in this area as I feel a little overwhelmed by all the information given to me. So again the questions are:

1) What type of insurances should I look for when investing in residential property and why?

2) What types of insurance companies would you recommend?
