some interesting reading this week… seems seachange trend still gathering momentum. as a recent buyer in old dunsborough I was happy to see the forecast growth there! Mackay was a shocker though, must be some interesting things happenign up that part of the world!

Little bemusing though why Dubbo was ranked among the fastest growing coastal towns on page 14.
I think the QLD prices are ridiculous. Good liftout though.
A property within a coastal area is very nice, the cool breeze of air is really a great air conditioners. A
property sunshine coastis the best place for every peaceful couple like me. I bought a property within the coast, fronting the sunshine, very amazing and my family loves it too much. It's my greatest asset in life that I've brought my family to this beautiful place where only us are the owners.
