Hi, I’ve got the first IP happening (tenant in place, rent coming in) and am starting to look around for my second. Does anyone have any thoughts on the following areas? Pooraka, Mawson Lakes, Wynn Vale, Redwood Park, Gulfview Heights, Greenwith? Lots of military heading to the northern suburbs over the next few years may provide a kick start to this region. Happy with -CF (so long as it isn’t – – – – – -CF) provided the area is good for rentals and has some potential for CG down the track. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
