I live in the latrobe Valley Victoria.
I have looked everywhere for a positive cash flow property and cannot find one in the area. I don’t have opportunities to look elsewhere at this time.
I can’t find any that even satisfy the quick assessment guide of halve the rent value and multiply by 1000. None.
What can I do?
