    Hi there guys,
Can some one shed some light on what I should be looking at first in a development. Should I try to find units that I like and then land to suit or land then units?
    [strum]

    Kind Regards

    Brendan

In order to discover new lands, one must be willing to loose sight of the shore for a very long time.

Land first – with conditions allowing you to do a feasibility study.

Then investigate number of units able to built on the land with discussions with relevant experts in the field to determine the maximum economic benefits you can engineer from your plot of land.
