    I have found a property with a house & church on it. The house can be made into a 3 bedroom – it is currently a single bedroom house. The church currently has a business running from it but that business will leave when the owners sell as they are the business & they are taking it with them. Currently rentals are $260-300 for a 3 bedroom house with a 1% vacancy. I would like to know your thoughts on what I could do with a church. It would be big enough to make into 5 bedrooms but will council allow this? If I target it to uni students??? Also it is zoned special. There is also another block next door that has a 4 bedroom house on it that they want to sell with this deal. Do you think it would be better to do the whole and get it at a better price. I thought about making the church into a living quarters for uni students and renting by the room, renting out the house and selling off the extra vacant block. Any views or suggestions please???
