I am conducting a bit of research on the approach that Interstate investors are having their IP’s regulary inspected when tenanted.
I am particulary interested in how interstate investors are undertaking:1. Method used for inspections interstate
a. Real estate agent
b. Managing Agent
c. Themselves
d. Friends or family
e. Other
2. The Frequency that the property inspections are conducted
a. monthly
b. quarterly
c. 6 monthly
d. yearly
3. What you perferred number of inspections per year would be
4. Ensuring how the Tennants are fulfilling the conditions of the tenancey agreement
5. How your own due dilligence is ensured i.e Property is not being used for illegal purposes
6. If you are having someone else conducting the inspections, what is the cost.Any feedback on the above items would be not only welcome but appreciated.
