    hi,
    This is my first posting.

    In all discussion/readings it is stressed that it is better to obtain professional help from those that are in or have property investment
    knowledge. I agree with this 100%.However finding such people is like have an experience is getting lost in the dark.I live in Brisbane.
    Can anyone make a recommendation for
    1 .. a lawyer
    2 .. an accountant
    3 .. a quantity surveyor

    Hi Seinafo,

    I have used a few different depreciation companies. They have all done a good job but I like using Deppro quantity surveyors because their prices are usually lower.

    My accountant and Lawyer are in NSW so they are probably not much good to you.

    Keep checking out my new website because I eventaully intend to have these sorts of recommendations listed there.
