Congratulations to all WA investors it has been a fantastic few years and hopefully a few more to come. I love double digit growth[cowboy]. Well done to everyone that took the bull by the horns and bought into property and has reaped the rewards (weather appreciation in capital or a realised gain).[medieval]
well if i knew it was gunna be this good i woulda tried to buy more. just bought one house in rockingham 2 yrs ago , thought it mite be ok and its really good but didnt ever think it would go ahead this much……iguess just an investor takin a stab in dark…….sought of
